Emergency Residential Child Care Services
Emergency and Singleton children's homes at Five Rivers provide short-term environments to assist and prepare children and young people to attain a group living residential child care placement or the ability to be supported in a family placement.
We are normally able to offer a placement same day or within 24 hours.
This integrated clinical model is accessed through Five Rivers fundamental programmes creating an opportunity for highly individualised care planning and structuring to ensure all children’s outcomes continue to be on a positive trajectory.
