Five Rivers offers a range of specialist regional resources to Local Authorities needing expertise beyond the local service provision and in partnership with Local Authorities can provide (and has been providing for many years) local services to meet identified community needs for Residential Children's Homes.

We also have the flexibility to offer Emergency Residential Placements.within our Residential Assessment Centres or within our Emergrncy Children's Homes.
