All our services are registered with the appropriate local National Care Standards Commission Services are designed in partnership with Local Authorities, from block purchased beds,to contracts for groups of homes and family placements.

All Care settings operate as part of our wider integrated services throughout the country including Adventure Respite Placements, Education and Family Placements Contracts vary from 6 months to 10 years depending on requirement.

Our services can compliment or even replace "in house" provision
All services are supported by our Senior Management Team and are designed to integratewith existing local agencies, departments and initiatives.

Detailed discussions throughout early stages clarify exactly what service is required this gives agreed expectations on both sides.

We have experience of the Tender Process, understand the Corporate Parenting role and are sensitive to both National and Local drivers/indicators.

We are able to easily provide costings for various models and options, helping Authorities to budget efficiently.

Staff consultation and preparation training is included.
We can manage existing staff and develop and increase staffing as
required.Regular monitoring systems in place — including separation of "operational/placement" issues and "contractual" issues.
