Crisis Intervention Identifiers
As we start to explore the progress of Children and Young People within our Crisis Intervention programmes we use the Pillars of Parenting Model of 'Authentic Warmth' to monitor progress in consultation with our Practice Development Department.
The below diagram is used to measured over a period of time to help evauluate the progress of the child or young person within the service provision. This model is cross referenced with the 8 Pillars of Parenting and scaled usining this model a Chartered Psychologist uses this information weekly to help to identify strategies to intervene and improve integration plan as part of the young person’s ongoing assessment with Five Rivers.
