Integration from Crisis, our interventions
Once our initial assessment has begun we are able to start the process of integration using our evidence based approach and ‘Intergated Care Plan’
The following outlines The Pillars of Parenting model used within the context of the ‘Every Child Matters’ framework outcomes.
These pillars are used when considering care planning strategies and can be used as identifiers within the residential environment.
