Willow House

Five Rivers has provided local services in Leeds for young people in need of care and specialist education since 1995.

Our CSCI registered residential home in south Leeds can provide a medium to long-term place for up to six young people aged 11 to 16.

The Willow House team has substantial experience in assisting young people who display reactive, avoidant and anti-social behaviours. 

We support their struggles of social, emotional and educational difficulties by providing a safe structured, therapeutic environment.  We take care to remember that each young person is an individual. 

Each young person at Five Rivers benefits from the oversight of our consultant therapist who works closely with all our staff to ensure the maintenance of a therapeutic environment.  All our young people can have access to trained and qualified therapists as part of an agreed plan of care.

We can also offer special education support on-site and have established an excellent track record in getting young people back into mainstream schooling. Willow House also benefits from close support from our colleagues in our Family Placement Team who can work with placing authorities to find families for the young people placed there
