Senior Residential Team Leader - Salisbury

Five Rivers is currently looking to recruit Senior Residential Services Staff - Graduates looking for a degree in Child Care.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to get involved in the development of our Salibsury Residential Services in a senior capacity.

As part of your duties you will deputise in the absence of home management, providing high impact care provision within a residential environment.

You will receive and participate in full development training, supervise care staff and provide mentoring and induction for new staff.

You will also oversee and participate in the care-planning and outcomes monitoring of young people in our care.

You will need to be qualified to minimum of NVQ Level 3, RCCMA desirable, with three years' experience in childcare provision.
