Form F Assessors

Five Rivers is currently looking to recruit 2 Form F Assessors to work in our Devon and Cornwall area.

You will be required to induct and assess new Foster Carers within Five Rivers procedures and expectations to provide high impact sector leading foster care.

You will have experience and knowledge of a childcare setting to include Child Care Law, Child Protection issues, knowledge of Foster Care practice and Form F procedures.

You will need to hold a C.Q.S.W. or DipSW qualification or its equivalent.
