Fostering Service Manager (Registered with Ofsted)

Five Rivers is currently looking to recruit a Fostering Service Manager (Registered with Ofsted) to work in our Salisbury office and to cover one sub office.

You will be responsible for managing in the region of 16 staff and fostering households and report to the Regional Manager.

We are looking for a graduate who wants to further their career in childcare and has previous management experience within a social care setting, preferrably within a fostering structure. You will require comprehensive working knowledge of fostering regulations and childcare legislation, including safeguarding practice and procedures. Good leadership skills are required to develop and expand the team.
