Practice Development Lead

Practice Development Lead – Children with Complex needs (KTP Associate)

Starting salary circa £21,000 per annum

 

Five Rivers Child Care Limited and Bournemouth University have agreed a Knowledge Transfer Partnership and are looking for a self-motivated, forward thinking individual to lead research, development and implementation of an innovative model for the evaluation of intervention and treatment to support the integrated model care of children with complex needs (foster care, residential, education, therapy, assessment). The key aim is to enhance the care of children and young people with complex needs.

 

Applicants will have a minimum of 2(1) honours degree in a relevant discipline. The applicant will be expected to register and complete a PhD within the period of appointment. The post is offered on a three year fixed contract.

 

The post holder will spend the majority of the time working from the Five Rivers Head Office in Salisbury, but as a national organisation the applicant will be required to spend time in their regions throughout the UK. Naturally, some of the time will also be at Bournemouth University in the School of Health and Social Care in order for access to the library, academic support and doctoral supervision.

 

The post holder is subject to an advanced CRB
