Therapeutic Crisis Intervention

Our singleton and crisis services have significant experience of supporting children and young people who at the point of referral, are unable to be matched within a group-living environment sometimes due to a significant risk potential to self or others.

These services provide a bridge to lower intensity services such as our therapeutic communities or solo fostering placement with intensive support services.

Our work with local authorities develops clear, realistic expectations of progress for children and young people who may have been in a cycle of disruption for many years based on the assessment of need. This is completed within the first three months of placement (integrated assessment: educational, social and clinical components).

These services have access to both our clinical and educational resources to enable the provision of an individualised package of support.

Our range of residential and educational services and their possible transitions seek to maximise potential and outcomes
